Tess Frenzel

Tess Frenzel is the Federal Affairs Dunn Fellow serving the State of Illinois office in Washington, DC. She was born in Lima, Peru but was raised in the suburbs of New Jersey before attending college in Amherst, Massachusetts. The past two summers Tess has held research positions at the Innocence Project in Mississippi and the United States Embassy in Peru, and ran for the Women’s Track and Cross Country team at Amherst College throughout her four years there. As a double major in Political Science and Spanish, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to serve the state of Illinois in our nation’s capital, and looks forward to meeting more wonderful people from the great state of Illinois and the DC area.
